Elements, Four Seasons Hotel Doha offers an innovative mix of Asian and Arabic flavors. This month, they launched a buffet lunch concept called “Noodles & Ribs”, offering diners a selection of mouth-watering ribs and Chef Ding’s hand-pulled noodle dishes.

Wanton Mian (Wanton dumpling noodle soup) – This was a bit bland for my taste.

Zhajiangmian (Noodles with salty fermented soybean paste)

Youpo Main (Hand-pulled hot oil noodles) – A personal favorite!

Laksa station

Chasoba with ebi tempura (thin Japanese soba noodles infused with green tea) – The soup was flavorful! A personal favorite!
The ribs were really flavorful but it would be better if it is cooked fresh upon selection, so the flavors could be enjoyed more. Plus, I personally like it when my food is hot. 🙂 (**update, glad to know that they now are cooking the ribs upon selection. 😀)
Not only do they serve noodles and ribs, there’s a wide array of dishes as well, such as salads, sashimis, sushi/maki rolls, dimsums, stuffed steamed buns, a few mains and desserts. So many options, not enough tummy space! Hahaha!
