For Philippine passport holders, there are other countries you can travel to without an additional visa if you have a valid visa (double or multiple entry) issued by certain countries.

Albania
Holders of USA, UK or a Schengen area visa, that such visa is previously used in the respective country.
Maximum stay: 90 days within 180 days.

Andorra
All nationalities can visit Andorra without visa. However, since the country is only accessible via Spain or France, certain nationalities requires a multiple-entry Schengen visa.

Antigua and Barbuda
Holders of USA, Canada, UK or a Schengen visa. .
Maximum stay: 30 days. Visa waiver fee: US$ 100.

Belize
Holders of USA visa.

Bulgaria
Holders of Schengen visa.
Maximum stay: 90 days within 180 days.

Bosnia and Herzegovina
Holders of EU Member state and Schengen visa. They must arrive from one of the EU and Schengen Area member states or Monaco. Maximum stay: 15 days.

Croatia
Holders of Schengen visa.
Maximum stay: 90 days within 180 days.

Cyprus
Holders of Schengen visa.
Maximum stay: period equal to the remainder of the time the Schengen visa is valid.

Dominican Republic
Holders of Canada, USA or a Schengen visa.
Maximum stay of 30 days, extendable twice. Tourist card obtainable upon arrival costs US$10.

El Salvador
Holders of Canada, USA or a Schengen visa.
Maximum Stay: 90 days. Tourist card obtainable upon arrival that costs US$10.

Georgia
Holders of EU/EFTA/GCC countries, territories of EU countries, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea or Israel visa or residence permit.
Maximum Stay: 90 days within 180 days.

Guatemala
Holders of Canada, USA or a Schengen visa.
Maximum stay: 90 days.

Honduras
Holders of Canada, USA or a Schengen visa.
Maximum stay: 90 days.

Kosovo
Holders of Schengen visa.
Maximum stay: 15 days.

Macedonia
Holders of Schengen visa.
Maximum stay: 15 days.

Montenegro
Holders of USA, UK, Schengen or Ireland visa.
Maximum stay: 30 days.

Panama
Holders of Australia, Canada, San Marino, USA, Schengen and EU Member State visa. The visa must have been used and valid for at least another 2 more entries.
Maximum stay: 180 days. Tourist card obtainable upon arrival that costs US$30 for 30 days.

Romania
Holders of Schengen visa.
Maximum stay: 90 days within 180 days.

Serbia
Holders of USA, Schengen and EU Member State visa.
Maximum stay: 90 days within 180 days.

Sao Tome and Principe
Holders of USA and Schengen visa.
Maximum stay: 15 days.

Turkey (e-Visa)
Holders of USA, UK, Schengen and Ireland residence permit or visa.
Maximum stay: 30 days within 6 months. Visa fee: US$ 20.
